General Questions

Can I use my new metal card normally?

Yes! You can use your new metal card anywhere in the world. If your current card has contactless payment, this feature will not be available on your new metal card. You can still make contactless payments using your smart devices. Additionally, it is a great marketing tool when potential clients see your logo.

Is it safe?

Yes! It is Diamond US’ utmost priority to protect your financial information. We always recommend that you lock your card before shipping it to us. We do not record any personal information. The equipment we use does not store your personal information; it simply transfers data from one card to another.

How long doest it take?

Upon receiving your card, we will notify you. If you want to avoid delays, we recommend shipping this Express so you can track it. Once we receive your card, we will begin production of your new custom card.

What happen if my card is lost or stolen?

Please contact your bank as soon as possible. You must treat this card as any other debit or credit card owned by the card issuer.

Will my card work in ATM machines?

All of our metal cards work in ATM machines. However, it is not recommended to use metal cards in ATM machines that require the full insertion of the card into the reader. Due to the metal cards being heavier than plastic cards, some full insertion machine’s rollers may be too stiff to eject the card. We recommend you only use partial insertion devices, where you can always see part of the card, in order to remove it manually.

What can I have on my custom card?

You are solely responsible for the content that you post/upload and Diamond US doesn’t assume liability for copyright and trademark infringements.

Is my card compatible?

We can upgrade almost any plastic card that has a chip and/or a magnetic strip. There are some rare chip types that are not compatible with our cards – please see the How it works page. If you do order with a non-compatible chip, we are unable to offer refunds.

We ship globally. Please be aware that due to the current Global Pandemic shipping may experience some delays.

How much does shipping cost?

For all US states, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95. We also offer Priority Mail International (Please contact us)

Creating a Card

Creating your own card?

You Decide! All you need to do is upload your desired image/logo. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos or designs are not copyright.

Uploading your logo?

Once you have your design, you need to upload your image/ logo to our website. A vector file or transparent background such as a PNG file is preferred.
